This agreement is between you, the User of https://parkerveese.com or https://pv-library.com or https://parkerveese.io (referred to here as the “Web Sites”) and Parker Veese Limited, the owner of the Web Sites. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, documents, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Web Site, including Digital Downloads,;
“Parker Veese” means Parker Veese Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 13112541 whose registered address is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom and VAT registration number is GB367576645;
“Service” means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that Parker Veese Limited makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future;
“Digital Download” means any online document, graphic or tool that is offered in a digital-only format for download from the Web Sites either now or in the future;
“Premises” Means our place(s) of business located at an address retrievable by sending an email to infosec@parkerveese.com;
“User” / “Users” means any third party that accesses the Web Sites and is not employed by Parker Veese Limited and acting in the course of their employment;
“Account” means the visitor membership afforded to Users of the PV Library Web Site and Parker Veese Protocol Web Site which grants them access to free Content and the opportunity to purchase premium Content on the PV Library Web Site and Parker Veese Protocol Web Site, accessed by a username and password and for the sole use of the User;
“Web Sites” means the website that you are currently using (https://parkerveese.com or https://pv-library.com or https://parkerveese.io) and any sub-domains of the Web Sites unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions;
“Parker Veese Web Site” means the website https://parkerveese.com and any sub-domains of the website unless expressly excluded by these terms and conditions;
“PV Library Web Site” means the website https://pv-library.com and any sub-domains of the website unless expressly excluded by these terms and conditions;
“Parker Veese Protocol Web Site” means the website https://parkerveese.io and any sub-domains of the website unless expressly excluded by these terms and conditions;
“Library Credits” means the units of currency earnt and spent on the PV Library Web Site. The credits have a value of GBP0.0001 and can be exchanged in whole for a selection of individual artifacts also available on the website and are non-transferable.
Registration: Users must create an Account to access premium Content on the PV Library and PV Protocol sites.
Intellectual Property: All Content, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Parker Veese Limited or its affiliates.
Processing: All payments are handled securely via PayPal. We do not store your raw financial data.
Pricing: All costs are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Digital Downloads & Cooling-Off: Due to the nature of Digital Downloads, refunds are generally not available.
Note for UK/EU Consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period. However, by clicking “Download” or “Buy Now,” you expressly consent to begin the Service immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the download has started.
Advice: Content provided on the Web Sites is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
“As Is”: Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parker Veese Limited accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Web Sites.
UK/EU/International Users: These terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
US Users: Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Web Sites shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
All notices / communications shall be given to us either by post to our Premises (see address above) or by email to infosec@parkerveese.com. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Parker Veese Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Parker Veese Limited and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
